If you told 13-year-old me, who is (metaphorically speaking) sat on the sofa, in her school uniform, scranning a packet of crisps while watching The Story of Tracy Beaker, that she could, in a decade or so, have the opportunity to rent out and live in 'The Dumping Ground', she would not believe you...

Yes, fellow millennial-Gen Z cusp folk who can relate, it's a day to reminisce because the home featured on the iconic CBBC show has recently been listed on Rightmove.

Sharing the news on both Twitter and their new rival app, Threads, user @michaeladamsuk wrote: "🚨PSA: For just £3,000(!) a month you can now live in The Dumping Ground, specifically in Tracy Beaker’s iconic bedroom with the round window!"

To which, Dani Harmer, the actor who played Tracy in the TV show, iconically responded. "Holy moly that’s extortionate!!!!!!!!!! But also kind of want to live there 🙃," the child star wrote.

The property is listed at £3000 PCM and is located in 'Amherst Road, W13,' which is in West London, Ealing. However, described as a "spacious two bed apartment," all is not what movie magic seems. Although on TV it looks to be a 10-bed (or so) house, the IRL property is split up into multiple apartments and is set within a gated development.

"Located just a short walk from Ealing Broadway, this two bedroom apartment compromises ample of build in storage in both bedrooms and hallway. The kitchen provides integrated appliances with lots of storage and workspace whilst separate is a large bright living room. The development is gated and has one secure parking space which is allocated. Communal gardens reside in the middle courtyard and is available for all tenants use," the Rightmove listing says.

Details aside, providing what you're all here to see, below are some snaps taken of the property courtesy of Rightmove.

Here is where Duke rustled up his culinary skills:

Where Justine and co. had many a fight:

And last but not least, here is the window Tracy used to ~so longingly~ look out off, crying "It's hayfever":

Relatable, much?

Now, bog off while I figure out how to conjure up such an amount of money so I can live out my childhood fantasy in 'The Dumping Ground'.

The property is available to rent from 2 September, 2023 via Rightmove.
